PSCU Announces Additions to Operational Services Leadership Team

St. Petersburg, Fla. – (Feb. 15, 2018) – As part of its ongoing commitment to service excellence, PSCU has announced three promotions: Kimberly Barber, Karen Postma and Eric Brown have all joined the CUSO’s Operational Services leadership team.

“Our Account Management, Service Delivery and Operational Services teams work together closely to ensure we deliver the highest levels of service possible,” said Dan Rosen, SVP, Operational Services at PSCU. “We are confident these additions to our leadership team will enable PSCU to continue working with our Owners to provide an unparalleled member experience.”

PSCU is pleased to announce the following promotions:

Kimberly Barber has been promoted to VP of New Business. In this role, Barber is responsible for onboarding new Owners through conversions and startups, as well as onboarding existing Owners with new credit and debit lines of business. Her background includes more than 20 years of experience in the payments industry, and success stories backed by the seamless transition of Owners from the sales process into ongoing operational support. She has been with PSCU for six months and previously served as Manager of Implementation Experience Solutions. Over the course of her career, Barber has served as Director of Delivery Services, Project Controller, and Manager of Project Services.

Karen Postma has been promoted to VP of Implementations. Her new responsibilities include project implementation for PSCU’s strategic client base, along with oversight into all rewards, adaptive control, Payment Defender and statements implementations. Postma’s background includes nearly two decades of First Data processing experience, as well as fraud prevention and detection, card program parameter management, and risk management expertise. She joined the PSCU team in the fall of 2017 as VP of Solutions Consulting. Her extensive client management and engagement experience have been proven assets throughout her career, with roles that include Senior VP for Product (Fraud and Contact Center), VP of Risk and Consumer Services, and Assistant VP of Operations and Asset Management.

Eric Brown has been promoted to Implementation Quality Manager. He is now responsible for leading project managers and support functions to drive PSCU’s mission of service excellence. Since coming on board at PSCU two years ago, Brown has worked extensively with Operations Services and PSCU’s Owners to execute strategic projects. His expertise has been critical to helping PSCU develop and improve internal/external functions and services. These efforts include the enterprise-wide Process Community training curriculum, preventive controls through Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA), strengthened billing opportunities, and the implementation of standard enterprise process documentation. His background includes more than 11 years of career experience, including work as a quality process engineer and experience in guiding process improvement.
