Being a fraud detection representative is more than just working in a call center. We are in a sense mini detectives! We need to be vigilant, analyze account details and listen. I love my role because even though procedures are the same, each call you receive is different, and we're in control of protecting the account of the cardholder.

Being a fraud detection representative is something I enjoy doing each day because I'm in a position that's helping people. I feel that I get to help our cardholders every day by preventing and reporting fraud. The best part of my day is when I get thanked by a member for protecting their account.
