Casey Merolla

Casey is a Managing Director at Accenture in its Payment Strategy and Innovation practice. She has over 14 years of experience in financial services consulting focusing on traditional and emerging payment strategies for leading financial institutions, payment processors, card network providers, and financial technology companies. Her experience is in areas as diverse as payments strategy development, card loyalty programs, card fraud assessments and strategy, back office operational assessments, implementation and conversion, vendor negotiations, and various research initiatives. Matthew Mullarkey, Ph.D.

Matthew T. Mullarkey is the Director of the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) Program for the USF Muma College of Business and an Instructor in the Information Systems and Decision Sciences (ISDS) Department.
