What time zone is Austin in?
Austin is in the Central Time Zone.

What kind of weather should I expect?
Austin averages a daily maximum temperature for April between 77 and 83 degrees. The days warm up quickly, but a sweater or jacket is best to keep on hand for evenings and for the indoor meeting facilities.

Can I bring a guest to Member Forum?
Attendees are permitted to bring one guest free of charge. If additional guests are needed, attendees can add a second and third guest for $199 each, and those guests are only permitted to access the evening social events.

Can I attend the State of the Business Meeting?
Only current Member-Owners may attend the State of the Business Meeting.

What airport should I fly into?
Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is located in Austin, Texas, approximately 7 miles from JW Marriott Austin – the Member Forum event location and hotel.

What are my transportation options to and from the airport?
If you fly into Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, you can choose from several ground transportation options including taxi, public transport, and limo services. Click here to view available transportation options.

What is the dress attire for the Member Forum event?
For normal conference events, business attire is preferred. For dinner events in the evening, a suit and tie for men and cocktail attire for women is best. For the closing party, casual attire, including jeans, is acceptable.
