Such featured attribute data includes real property records, occupational records, education, demographic data, other assets, automobile records, financial risk records and more. Life Stage Identity provides a deeper understanding of your customers, resulting in more actionable insights across multiple channels.

  • Life Stage Identity includes data from four different segment data categories:

    • Natural Person - This segment is made up of actual natural person-level data that is not sourced from modeled, surveyed or summarized data. This segment provides richer insights into the natural person’s occupation, demographics, education, assets, current residence, derogatory events and more.
    • Household - This segment provides the same insights as the Natural Person category except at the natural person’s household level.
    • Relative & Associates - This segment connects more enriched insight data to relatives and associates of the natural person allowing your financial institution to extend your marketing strategies to like-minded individuals who are part of the natural person’s circle of influence.
    • Geographic Population - Data from this category is highly predictive and provides improved efficiencies in model building and marketing strategies by using ZIP+4 and ZIP code data of the natural person.
