As chief experience officer, Dean leads the development and execution of PSCU’s Member Experience focus, with responsibility for the Project Delivery and Platform Operations, Service Delivery, Marketing, Industry Engagement, and Center for Process Excellence teams.
Dean has been engaging with credit unions for nearly 25 years. Prior to joining PSCU, he held leadership roles in finance, business development, relationship management and operations at Bankers Financial Corporation. Dean holds a Masters of Business Administration from Kennedy-Western University and a Bachelors of Arts in Finance from the University of South Florida. He collaborates with many of the system partners, serves on the NACUSO and National Credit Union Foundation boards and sits on Filene’s Research Council.
