Lynn Heckler

EVP, Chief Talent Officer

Lynn Heckler has served as PSCU’s Executive Vice President and Chief Talent Officer since May 2011. In this role, she is responsible for advancing PSCU’s strategic human resources initiatives, including diversity, equity and inclusion, talent acquisition, learning and organizational development, corporate insurance, facilities and more.

Since joining PSCU in 2001, Lynn has created a culture of inclusion, leadership development and engagement throughout the organization. She is a well-known thought leader on DEI and is a sought-after speaker within the credit union industry.

Lynn has more than 30 years of human resources management experience. Prior to joining PSCU, she served as vice president, Human Resources at Bankers Insurance Group. Previously, she held human resources leadership positions at Vision Twenty-One and AAA.

Lynn serves as the Communications Committee Chair of the Governing Board of the CU DEI Collective, of which PSCU is a founding organization, committed to creating inclusiveness within the credit union movement. Lynn is also a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Suncoast Human Resources Management Association (SHRMA), where she served as a past president of the organization. She currently serves on the Leadership Team for the Tampa Bay Chapter of Women in Electronic Payments Network (WNET). Lynn also has 10 years of board service with Lighthouse of Pinellas, a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the blind and visually impaired community, including two years as board chair. She is a strong advocate for children in foster care and animal-related causes and charities.

In 2016, Lynn earned her Certified Innovation Executive (CIE) designation from the CUES Strategic Innovation Institute. In 2015, she was recognized by the HR Florida State Council as the HR Florida Professional of the Year.

Lynn holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts and a certificate in Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of Michigan.
