I had heard of PSCU from a business colleague and decided to pursue a position, even though there was not one available that fit my skill set. It took me 6 months, and I accepted a position that was a demotion from my previous role, but it was
worth it.

I have been here for over 18 years and I can honestly say that I have learned a lot, not only in my profession, but also in the evolution of the credit union and payments space. It has been a great journey, both professionally and personally.

In my tenure, I have led recruiting and employee relations teams and I have worked on strategic initiatives to help attract and retain employees, as well as support our employee-centric culture. PSCU is forever evolving and I am looking forward to what lies ahead.
