Chantel’s love of credit unions started with an opportunity to manage her high school’s campus Achieva branch. Through her experience at Achieva, she learned about PSCU.
Chantel started at PSCU as an Intern for our Contact Center. In that role, she learned each arm of our Contact Center business and was able to develop her skills and quickly promote into a helpdesk role.
Once her level of comfort in that role grew, she was ready for her next challenge, and set her sights on a Service Account Manager role, and with the help of a leader who really encouraged and believed in her she was promoted again.
Through utilizing PSCU's certificate courses, regular coaching and mentorship she is now working as an Account Executive after her most recent promotion.
