In a little over a month I will have been with PSCU for 5 years. In that time I have had the good fortune to advance my career within the PSCU Fraud Detection Department from a Fraud Detection Representative to a Lead Representative, to an Assistant Supervisor, and to my present position as Fraud Performance Specialist where one of my responsibilities is facilitating our incoming new hire training classes. PSCU Fraud Detection is not your typical “cookie cutter” call center. We have a very tight-knit group here and I have been able to foster many good working relationships in my tenure here which has been very rewarding.
