New Member Experience Center Creates Collaborative Environment for Credit Unions to Build and Test New PSCU Products and Solutions

Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony to Celebrate Grand Opening of PSCU Member Experience Center

St. Petersburg, FL (February 9, 2017) – PSCU is unveiling a new Member Experience Center, purposefully designed for cross-disciplinary collaboration and innovation. All PSCU Owner credit unions are invited to attend a formal ribbon-cutting ceremony on Monday, March 6, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. ET at the company’s St. Petersburg, FL headquarters. Industry leaders will enjoy an exclusive first look at an array of interactive kiosks, designed to illustrate how PSCU works together with credit unions to achieve collective success.

“The purpose of the Member Experience Center is to create a collaborative and educational environment where credit unions and employees can come to learn, work and innovate together,” said Chuck Fagan, President & CEO of PSCU. “Collaboration is critically important for us. The most effective solutions we offer at PSCU are those that we’ve conceived, designed and built together with input from our credit union owners.”

When entering the Member Experience Center, visitors are greeted by an 8-foot wide interactive touch screen touting an immersive hands-on approach, which serves as a starting point for a series of interactive experiences. Beyond the welcome wall are a collection of interactive kiosks, touch screens, augmented reality experiences and digital white boards to showcase and illustrate how PSCU works to support, protect and optimize every transaction and interaction for credit union members.

“We believe everything we deliver to our members must enhance what they bring to theirs.” said Chuck Fagan, “This Member Experience Center has been conceived with credit unions and gives them the facilities they need to actively participate in the building and enhancing of every product and service we bring to the market.”

Several credit unions have actively participated in a focus group to provide ideas, guidance and feedback through every phase of the project. The focus group has been diligently meeting every month since last summer for status updates and to drive the project forward.

“It has been very exciting to watch the ideas take shape.” said focus group participant Mandy Zurbrick, Chief Marketing Officer at GTE Financial, Florida. “I especially appreciate the way credit union leaders are able to walk in a member’s footsteps to experience the same products and services they would.”
