Casey Merolla

Casey is a Managing Director at Accenture in its Payment Strategy and Innovation practice. She has over 14 years of experience in financial services consulting focusing on traditional and emerging payment strategies for leading financial institutions, payment processors, card network providers, and financial technology companies. Her experience is in areas as diverse as payments strategy development, card loyalty programs, card fraud assessments and strategy, back office operational assessments, implementation and conversion, vendor negotiations, and various research initiatives. Casey joined Accenture in March 2017 through its acquisition of First Annapolis Consulting. She holds an M.B.A from the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business and a B.S. from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.

Matthew Mullarkey, Ph.D.

Matthew T. Mullarkey is the Director of the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) Program for the USF Muma College of Business and an Instructor in the Information Systems and Decision Sciences (ISDS) Department. Mullarkey received a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems from the University of South Florida, an MBA from the University of South Carolina, an MS in Systems Management from the University of Southern California, and a BS in Engineering from the United States Military Academy (West Point).

With more than 30 years of financial services experience, Mark Sievewright has worked directly with numerous credit unions in the successful formulation and execution of their strategic plans and is the recipient of a number of industry awards. For example, in 2010, he was merited the Ambassador Award by the World Council of Credit Unions (WOCCU), and - in 2015 - finished runner-up in CreditUnion Times’ 25th Anniversary competition to find the industry’s most influential leader since 1990.
