Credit union members can view their credit card information through a link on their credit union’s website that connects them with PSCU’s Access Point™ application, which can be branded for seamless integration. Along with being able to view current balance and pending and posted transactions, credit unions can opt in to enhanced services such as displaying the member’s FICO® Score or set up transaction alerts.
Account Level Pricing (ALP)
Account Level Pricing evaluates member account characteristics and behavior, and automatically adjusts pricing at the account level. Credit unions can execute pricing strategies that are based on the cardholder’s credit bureau score, external status, time on books, and other factors. Accounts can be automatically evaluated and re-priced according to a schedule determined by each individual credit union.
Adaptive Control employs an advanced analytical model to evaluate cardholder accounts using a behavior score. The score helps credit unions identify both positive and negative changes in a member’s credit conduct. Credit unions can establish parameters for managing accounts in four strategic areas: credit limit management, reissue, delinquency and over-limit.
Annual Activity Summary
Annual Activity Summary provides cardholders with an itemized year-end list of all the transactions on their account in functional categories, such as merchandise/retail purchases, travel/lodging expenses, groceries, ticket/events, gas/automotive, and restaurants. This money management tool aids your members in budgeting household expenses, identifying business expenditures, and preparing for tax season.
Member cardholders can make balance transfers quick and easy within their online account portal with a few clicks or call our 24/7/365 Total Member Care contact center to process the request. Credit unions have the options to use traditional Balance Consolidation, where the check is mailed in 7-10 business days, or eBalance Consolidation where credit unions can quickly capture all the information required to transfer balances electronically or by check.
PSCU’s Business Solutions enables credit unions to offer its small business members Credit and Debit cards with special features like business rewards, emergency card disbursement and replacement, auto rental insurance, liability waver, travel and emergency assistance, lost and stolen reporting, and more.
Card Carriers enables credit unions to create personalized plastics delivery packages by producing letter-like card carriers. A laser printer is used to print a variety of account information, messages, and graphics for your customers.
Cardholder Payment Protection
Cardholder Payment Protection allows credit unions to offer members the ability to safeguard their account with payment interruption insurance.
Cardholder Selected PIN
Cardholder Selected PIN gives your cardholders a convenient alternative to having to remember one more set of numbers. This solution lets your cardholders choose a PIN that is meaningful to them and therefore easy to remember. The easier the PIN is to remember, the more likely the card will get used. Once a member-selected PIN is entered, it is available for use by the cardholder the following business day.
Credit unions can distribute convenience checks to business members and members associated with Home Equity Lines of Credit automatically or at the member’s request. Attractive and contemporary check designs with letters that can be customized with the credit union’s logo and authorized signature will help increase account usage. This solution allows for full integration with current processing methods and easy implementation.
Credit Balance Refund
Credit Balance Refund eliminates the manual processing associated with returning credit balances to credit union members. PSCU will systematically generate a file listing all accounts with a credit balance after two billing cycles without any activity. Credit union-branded letters and refund checks are automatically generated and mailed to the designated cardholder. This service also supports the ability for the settlement check clearing process to be self-administered (for settlements) by the individual credit unions.
CU Learning Solutions

Credit Reports - ROWnet™

Right Time Payments
Right Time Payment functions as a temporary real-time authorization for credit card accounts. After a member makes a payment, the Right Time Payment will temporarily adjust that member’s credit and delinquency attributes without waiting for nightly processing through Evolve Customer Service or the Data eXchange solution. The cardholder can then immediately make purchases based on the new available credit amount or status.

The Score Source solution makes credit union cardholders’ credit scores easily available for use in your credit granting and management decision activities. Our partnership with three world-class credit bureaus, Equifax, TransUnion, Experian, helps credit unions take the risk out of credit card portfolio management decisions. Transaction Level Processing (TLP)
Credit unions can implement and track up to 50 separate promotional rate campaigns for each cardholder with Transaction Level Processing. Transactions can be included or excluded from a promotion based on transaction date, account open date, transaction merchant number, type, and amount. You can offer APRs as low as 0% on specific transactions and balances.
