Mike KellyPresident & CEO ![]() Mike Kelly joined PSCU after having served as General Manager of ACCEL/Exchange, Fiserv's ATM/POS Debit Network. There, Mike was instrumental in creating and implementing payment strategies that were utilized by over 2,800 financial institutions nationwide, driving growth of more than 30% annually during the last three years under his leadership. Mike began his service with Fiserv in 2001 as the Director of Business Development. He left Fiserv in 2006 to launch ePayments Consulting Group, LLC a consulting firm focused on helping banks and credit unions navigate the complex EFT marketplace by enhancing their focus on their respective payments strategies. Mike also served as a Board Member for the Secure Remote Payments Council an advocacy group for eCommerce. Mike is a graduate of Florida State University. |
Tom GandreExecutive Vice President ![]() Tom Gandre oversees the cooperative’s Credit, Debit, Prepaid, eCommerce, and Contact Center solution areas along with Information Technology. Prior to joining PSCU, Tom was Senior Vice President of Product Development and Management at First Data Corporation. In that role Tom, was responsible for new development and ongoing product management for the Debit Services division, which included PIN and Signature debit products, Prepaid products, Fraud and Risk solutions, ATM products, and the STAR Network. Tom graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a degree in Management Information Systems. |
Lynn HecklerExecutive Vice President ![]() As Executive Vice President of Human Resources Lynn Heckler is responsible for several functions that impact the company's culture and environment. In addition to leading our Human Resources function, Lynn is also responsible for our Facilities and Internal Audit funtions. Lynn joined PSCU in 2001 and has over 25 years of progressively responsible positions in human resources management in various industries including vision care, home healthcare, insurance, and financial services. Along with her role at PSCU, Lynn has served as President of the Suncoast Chapter of the Human Resources Management Association (SHRMA) and on the HR Florida State Council. She is the Past Chairman of the Board of Lighthouse of Pinellas, a non-profit organization serving the blind and visually impaired and currently serves on the board of Angels Against Child Abuse. Lynn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from University of Massachusetts and a Certificate in Strategic Human Resources Management from University of Michigan. |
Brian CaldarelliExecutive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer ![]() Brian Caldarelli leads PSCU’s newly-formed Corporate Support Services team, which includes Finance, Legal and Enterprise Risk Management. Brian is responsible for driving the necessary transformations on the regulatory, strategic and internal risk fronts to ensure the continued growth and prosperity of the CUSO and its Member-Owner credit unions. Prior to joining PSCU, Brian served as Chief Financial Officer of the European division of Recall Corp, a global document management company spanning five continents and servicing 80,000 customers worldwide. Brian’s previous experience includes senior financial roles with Bank of America and Acuity Brands. Brian holds an undergraduate degree in finance from Stetson University and an MBA from Emory University. |
Fredda McDonaldExecutive Vice President ![]() Fredda McDonald, Executive Vice President Credit Union Experience, is responsible for the departments that impact our Member-Owner credit unions’ experience beginning with sales to account management and product implementation to risk operations, Contact Center support, Advisors Plus consulting, and marketing. Fredda is an accomplished executive with 25 years experience in strategy development and revenue enhancement – the past ten focused on the payments industry. She most recently led the sales and account management group of MasterCard’s Strategic Partnership Team. Her group was charged with developing unique strategies and innovative products and services for credit unions and independent banks delivered through processors. Prior to working at MasterCard, Fredda established and managed a consulting firm that provided strategic development as well as sales, marketing and branding solutions for companies in many industries, including financial institutions and payments companies. Her previous experience also includes serving as Director of Market Development for Meridian Management the marketing arm for the International Olympic Committee in Lausanne, Switzerland, and leading Cadmus Communications through a strategic transformation from a traditional publishing and fulfillment company into a marketing services provider for Fortune 500 companies. Fredda serves on the board of the National Association of Credit Union Service Organizations (NACUSO). She holds a BA in English with Honors from the University of North Carolina - Charlotte. |
Steve SalzerExecutive Vice President ![]() Steve Salzer joined PSCU in January 2005, bringing over 19 years of experience in legal matters, contract negotiations, M&A, P&L management, operations, human resources and sales. Steve currently oversees the company’s corporate services functions including Legal, Compliance, M&A, Process Improvement, Facilities, Project Management Office and Vendor Management activities. Prior to joining PSCU, Steve served as Corporate Counsel, General Manager, Sales Manager, and Vice President of supplier development at various manufacturing and distribution companies. He is also experienced in negotiating international and domestic mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. Steve earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Duke University, and has a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Chicago. He is admitted to the Florida and Georgia bars. |
James GuildSenior Vice President ![]() As Senior Vice President & Chief Sales Officer, James Guild is responsible for leading the company’s Business Development efforts to deliver innovation solutions and strategies to the credit unions. Since 2003, James has held leadership positions at PSCU in Debit, ATM, and eCommerce, successfully helping the company significantly grow its presence in the credit union market. With more than 25 years of experience in financial services and technology, James’ previous work experience includes roles as Senior Vice President at Fiserv, Inc. and Vice President of Business Development for North America at Open Solutions. James was educated in England and has lived in the Tampa Bay area since 1984. |
Dan CsontSenior Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer ![]() Dan Csont, Chief Marketing Officer, leads PSCU’s brand management, product marketing, advertising, business planning and competitive intelligence initiatives. He is responsible for driving PSCU’s efforts aimed at helping credit unions promote their services and value to members. He also leads the company’s initiatives to carry the PSCU brand promise and value proposition to Member-Owner credit unions and the industry at large. Dan brings a deep marketing and analytics background coupled with extensive experience driving product and service innovation based on a fundamental understanding of customer needs. In his most recent position as SVP and Senior Marketing Officer for Equifax, he drove new product innovation, integrated the brand message, shifted focus from product silos to integrated solutions and optimized go to market strategies. Additionally, Dan’s many years of experience with marketing, strategic planning and financial analysis at organizations like AT&T/BellSouth, Cisco Systems and PricewaterhouseCoopers gives PSCU the ability to link strategy with market execution to drive revenue and margin growth. Dan holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science from State University of New York at Buffalo |
Steve RuweSenior Vice President & Chief Risk Officer ![]() Steve Ruwe, Chief Risk Officer, oversees the enterprise-wide risk management strategy for the organization, with a focus on minimizing risk and controlling fraud in credit and debit card portfolios of Member-Owner credit unions. Advocating risk management practices for the industry, Steve serves as the Chairman of the Credit Union Risk Council. Prior to joining PSCU, Steve served as Visa USA’s Executive Vice President of Operations and Risk for 13 years. As a highly regarded risk management expert, Steve has testified before Congress numerous times on issues related to data security, Internet gaming, and Internet pharmacies. Steve has spent his entire career in the payments industry. He has held senior management positions at Barclays Bank, Household Credit Services, and Gary-Wheaton Bank. He has served on the Board of the Economic Crime Institute and the Financial Services Sector Council for Critical Infrastructure Protection and Homeland Security. Steve is a past Board Member of the National White Collar Crime Center and has represented the payments industry by working with policymakers in Washington, D.C. |
